How Does it Work?
Our system reduces the need for other forms of document storage such as filing cabinets by allowing you to scan and upload documents to a customers folder. Heres how it works:
- Lightspeed sets up a web server with our L.E.D.S.S. software installed on it.
- We connect this server to your network or the internet.
- We set up a scanner at a stationary computer.
- You access the system via your web browser using the information we provide for you.
- You login to the system using the username and password supplied to you.
- You scan and upload customer data and documents.
