What is it?

   The L.E.D.S.S. hardware and software package is a one of a kind all in one customer database, calendar, notification, and report center. This innovative, user-friendly software is browser based, meaning it can be used anywhere, and can be learned in seconds. It is NOT a Windows based program that must be installed and charged additionally on every computer. The Lightspeed Electronic Data Storage System can be summarized as a business management solution.

How Does it Work?

   Our system reduces the need for other forms of document storage such as filing cabinets by allowing you to scan and upload documents to a customers folder. Heres how it works:
  1. Lightspeed sets up a web server with our L.E.D.S.S. software installed on it.
  2. We connect this server to your network or the internet.
  3. We set up a scanner at a stationary computer.
  4. You access the system via your web browser using the information we provide for you.
  5. You login to the system using the username and password supplied to you.
  6. You scan and upload customer data and documents.
